AMY BISHOP

I design typography and 2D graphics for surfaces and other physical applications. I design for myself and for others based on the gaps I perceive in the market rather than following current popular trends. Despite this, I am inspired by pop culture and the different environments I encounter in day-to-day life. The work that I design is often patterned, humorous or informative with the aim for my work to be both fun and functional, whether it is something to wear, display or furnish a space with.

AMBER BURLING

Graphic design is more than a job; it’s a way of life. As a graphic designer I see the world with a little more attention to detail, and even the simplest of designs bring my senses to life. My focus is in print media, producing work in a simplistic, direct and inviting way. In design, as in all aspects of life, change is the only constant and learning will never come to an end. I believe every experience is valuable and character building – even the bad ones.

JOSH CAMPBELL

The work of which I create is unlike any other; I employ elements of old and new with a hint of drama. I am a Photographer and Graphic Designer and I love finding new ways to intertwine these creative facets in all of my art. I aspire to be a beauty and portrait photographer but I also wish to travel the world, capturing picturesque and dramatic photographs of people, places and essentially everything that makes up the world around us. My passion is photography and it isn’t just a profession, it’s a way of life.

STELLA EVANS

Here are 4 little facts about me:
1. I am a graphic designer and illustrator and I love to inject my own crazy, witty style into everything I produce.
2. To me, inspiration is more filling than a sandwich, hidden in the nooks and crannies of the most unorthodox situations.
3. I love typography, experimenting with colour, print, packaging design and moustaches.
4. I believe that life is about fun, and should never be taken too seriously.

KURT FONG

I’ve always been a visually inclined person. My mind is constantly critiquing my surroundings and organising their layout. As a graphic designer my slightly skewed perspective is put to use. My work is a visual organisation of bright and bold designs edited to form a minimal expression of the message. No more, no less. The message is spoken through my aesthetic. My photography is a story – the photo is the paper but the styling is the words. Every character has a past and my styling choices become that character’s biography.

TEIGAN GUY

I love mountains, frolicking in fields, 2am drunken conversations, languages, nice manners, recycled timber, odd instruments, mismatched cups, learning new things, unexpected thrills, terrariums, pop culture, old things that tell a story, spine-tingling tunes and curious people with spectacular quirks. I guess you could say that I enjoy the extraordinary in the very ordinary, and that inspires what I do. One day I’ll be a proper grown up and graphic designer. But for now I just make things. Often with new media… but it’s the old school ink, film, paint, paper and scissors that I like to work with best…

ALANA HUTTON

I am a graphic designer with a style of simplicity, fun and elegance. Consumer-driven design is what interests me most, and I believe the beauty is not only in the appearance, but also the experience. I am passionate with what I do, and have a strong drive to continually better myself through new experiences. My dream is to travel the world; studying, learning, living! I can safely say, I have finally completed phase one – studying for six months at San Diego State University in California, and absolutely loved it. The world is your oyster; nothing is ever too impossible!

TALEI NUTTALL

I am a graphic designer and artist, working with a wide variety of materials and styles, such as wood-block prints, lino prints, pottery, faceting (gem cutting), feather painting, sculpture and digital work. I’m always exploring new mediums and techniques, and in the course of my wanderings have travelled to America and the Philippines, which were both great experiences and taught me a lot. I believe that there is always more to experience, and to learn, and the best way to achieve that is to get out there and dive in headfirst.
